About the emblems

We cast and engrave all of our jewellery in our on-site studio

We cast and engrave all of our jewellery in our on-site studio, applying plated precious metals and enamel coatings by hand using traditional metalworking techniques. We source all of our materials and components from European suppliers and we do not outsource any part of the manufacturing process to anyone else. Our speciality pieces in solid gold and silver feature a hallmark to attest purity.

Each item can be customised to individual specifications

Each item can be customised to individual specifications, whether in terms of size, colour, featured graphics or hidden inscriptions visible only to the wearer. For more information on bespoke options, contact us with your enquiry.

Our lapel pins celebrate the cryptocurrencies

Our lapel pins celebrate cryptocurrencies for the way they are allowing freedom and agency to flourish in the world of decentralised finance. For many early adopters of crypto, the way wealth itself has transformed into something more private and personal is a matter of pride – hence these wearable icons of affiliation. All can be customised with your choice of currency and hidden inscription.

We can engrave our signature hidden inscriptions

We can engrave our signature hidden inscriptions onto the backs of our lapel pins and the insides of ring bands. They can consist of letters, numbers, symbols, words, or images, which are known and visible only to the wearer and not while the jewellery is being worn. Hidden inscriptions are a wonderful way to personalise a gift, commemorate an occasion or put a company’s unique mark on a batch order.

We design bespoke pieces tailored to group orders

We design bespoke pieces tailored to group orders. Whether these are rewards for team members, lapel pins for uniform or company gifts for clients, the perfect design combines symbolism, messaging and style in ideal proportions.

From the artist

My interest for the hand-made emerged when I just old enough to hold the tools my grandfather used in his woodworking shop. Their smooth, polished handles, the flawless joins. The merging of form and function into a practicality that itself contains the need for a thing to be beautiful. I was close enough to smell the fresh cuts in the wood and young enough to be fully immersed in the experience of an artisan’s passion and respect for his craft.

Over the years, I paid attention to the various signatures left by creators on the objects around us: a signed name or embossed initial, a deliberate etching, sometimes no more than an accidental toolmark or smudge. And I noticed the way owners, too, would put their own mark on a thing, whether by stamping it or signing it or demanding a monogram. Makers and wearers alike seem redisposed to communicating through their objects. I was here, the message goes, this is mine. Here is my affiliation. Through my designs I strive to answer this universal need for a personal emblem that completes one’s story. I take most of my inspiration from nature, with its mysteries, proportions and powers to transform. [The rest comes from the culture around me, particularly the emerging culture of sharing and decentralisation.]

Ranging from wild mythical creatures to harmonious abstract shapes, my designs embody the world’s diversity and the value I recognise in courage, reason, [reciprocity] and the power of self-expression.
